Just a short drive away, this restaurant embodies authentic Corsican cuisine—definitely not the lightest fare! Local produce reigns supreme: aged charcuterie, sheep's cheese, organic produce from the garden, all sometimes served to the sound of Corsican songs. Beyond the dishes offered, the estate immerses you in the heart of a wooded park, surrounded by olive trees, vines, and wildflowers. You might even spot horses if you opt for tapas on the terrace. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful and unpretentious. A delightful surprise between Vista Corsica and the airport.

If you're in a large group, you can share your dinner amidst the vineyards of Figari: a truly sensational experience. The chef elevates local produce with perfect and creative technique. Each dish tells a story. The setting is elegant and timeless, ideal for celebrating a special occasion.

Defi Cucina Corsa – Five minutes walk from Vista Corsica

This is my little secret for when you can't be bothered to drive. Within walking distance of my guesthouse, Defi Cucina offers generous, locally sourced cuisine in a relaxed and unpretentious style. The perfect spot for a great dinner without the fuss. The portions are generous, the flavors subtle, and the bill is reasonable. Ideal for a quick lunch or a leisurely dinner after a day of exploring.

The final one – The Relay

Just a 7-minute drive away, Le Relais is the only classic restaurant on the Route des Sens and one of the best, boasting local cuisine and an excellent wine list. Recently renovated after some expansion work, it retains its charming terrace. A female chef is still at the helm, preparing delicious fresh cheese fritters. Run by a family of passionate food lovers for four generations, you won't be disappointed. A must-try.
